I’m getting good results with a very basic routine:
5 minutes of warm up using a jug of warm water - I just place my penis in the jug.
5 miuntes of wet (I use moisterizer) overhand jelqing as a warm up to prepare for the more intense work to follow, which is:
20 minutes of a wet jelq variation. In the 80-90 % erect state I squeeze with my left hand just under the head with an OK overhand grip. Then I squeeze the base with an underhand grip, OK style, with the right hand. This squeeze makes the sides of the shaft balloon out. Then I move both hands together slowly (the left hand goes down the shaft while the right hand goes up the shaft), until there is about an inch between the two. I of course keep the squeeze from both hands going the whole time. For variation I will do this same thing but only move the lower hand; leaving the top hand squeezing under the head. Each stroke takes at least 3 seconds. If I find myself becoming fully erect, I stop, take my hands off my penis and wait for the erection to subside to 85 -90 % (I don’t want to make my penis explode!)
I do this two handed jelq variation for 20 minutes. At first, I was doing this for like 40, 45 minutes, but now I think that was too much because I was too sore all the time. For the last couple of weeks I’ve cut back to 20 minutes.
Then, for 10 minutes I do regular wet jelqing on my (by now) highly pumped penis. These jelqs I do underhand, with my penis pointed straight upward towards the ceiling.
I finish off with 5 minutes of the same hot water jug, this time as a warm down.
So, it’s :
5 minutes warm up;
5 minutes overhand wet jelq, done gently, as a warm up to get ready for the higher intensity stuff to come;
20 minutes double handed wet jelq variation, which is pretty intense!
10 minutes underhand wet jelq, also intense;
5 minutes warm down.
At a seperate time of the day I do 10 minutes of stretching using a bottle. I place the bottle, about 2 inches in diameter, at the base of my penis, in front of the penis, with the bottle laying sideways on my pubic region. I drape my penis over the bottle, the head of the penis now pointing towards my head. I grab just below the base of my penis and just pull and hold the pull for 30 seconds. Release, slap my penis against my thigh to get the blood circulating again, then repeat. This stretches the tunica rather than the ligs (I have a LOT of about 6 -7).
I do this 5 times a week, Monday through Friday, with the weekends off. If I feel too sore, however, I also take Wednesday off to recover. I go by how I feel.
At first it didn’t seem to be working, but this was because I was measuring every week and the growth rate per week is way too slow to detect a difference every week. So I didn’t measure at all during the month of June while I did the above routine.
Lastly, during the last week I have added GENTLE partially erect bends (about 90 % erect, no more) during the “20 minutes of double handed jelqs” component of my routine. I do 5 bends in various directions, interspersed throughout the jelqing. No way will I do these fully erect! So far though, the partially erect bends seem to be giving me an awesome pump, though I’m still too new to them to say if they’ve been working or not.
