Here is my routine for the last ~6 weeks (2 days on, 1 day off)
1 minute helicopter spin things
1 minute stretch in 4 directions
Started at like 5 mins jelqs and add 1 more minute every week (I’m on 8 minutes)
One problem I have is I get boners REALLY easy, like insanly easy, which I guess when it comes to sex and stuff is good, but when it comes to PE stuff sucks. So I have to jack off before I do my exercises every time. Anyone else do this?
First month I gained 3/16 length and 1/4 girth
When should I start getting more advanced or adding more exercises or should I just keep going like I’m going untill I stop making gains?
