Newb. stretching question

So, I know there are a lot of newb threads, so I’m sorry about this new one. But I was wondering about stretching.. I don’t know why, but when I start to warm up with the warm wrap, I get like 30-50% erect. Is it okay to stretch like that? I can still stretch it.

Also, when jelqing, I only get like 50-60% erect, when I used to be able to get it 80% (like recommended) before (I quit.. Coming back to PE). Will it still be effective? And the “pump”only lasts for less than 5 minutes before going back to flacid.

And I’d like to know if wearing a cock ring would help keep erect? And can it be used to keep it 80% erect, instead of like 100% (never used one)

So then if I do get semi erect when stretching.. Would it be alright to stop and wait till it goes down? And how long is too long to wait for it to go down? Or does it not matter cause I already warmed up anyway?

Same goes for jelqing.. If I get too hard or not hard enough, should I wait till it reaches the 50-80% erection range?

If I get an erection during stretching I wait for it to go down and continue stretching while completely flaccid. Same with jelqing if I can’t get hard enough I don’t jelq until it’s not in the range of 50%-90%. I doubt that jelqing at lower level than 50% can bring anything.

I am a newbie too and have a similar question .. After a 5 minute warm up and during the stretching it’s very difficult for me not to stay erect or partially erect and if I want to go 100% flaccid I need to wait ~3 minutes so I do stretching 20-30% erect. Now, after 2 weeks of PE I measured and have gained ~0.1”. The question is: should y continue to do stretch with a low erection like I do now and have gained something (which is much for me) or should I change to 100% flaccid stretch (in this case I need to wait a few minutes between each stretch) ?
