I quit PE for a long time....
I have been focusing on other areas of my life lately, and I still don’t feel like it’s the right time to do PE. When I tried months ago I got no gains at all. I’ve basically kind of become skeptical about whether it works for me or not. I’m only 18 now, and I figured I would wait until I am done with school to start up again.
However, I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m a really hard-gainer. The problem is: I don’t know what exercises work well for people like me. HEre’s my old routine:
warm cloth 5-10 minutes
straight down seated stretch 20 minutes
15 min. jelq
another wash cloth 10 min.
I’ve also done a routine where I jelqed completely flaccid for 5 or 10 minutes every other day. Regardless, I am starting to believe it’s impossible for me to gain anything at all.
Is there a good set of exercises for hard gainers? I can’t hang, and I don’t have 4 hours a day right now, but I’d like to get started again.
