If you had to start all over again...

I mean, if you went back to when you first started PE, but you knew what you know now, what would you do differently? How would you have gone about it?

When I first attempted it, over 4 years ago, I was a complete skeptic and would give it attemps for a week or so at a time and get discouraged. I wish I would have just kept the faith, so to speak. So I guess I would have thrown my ruler away and PE’ed with confidence for 3-4 months before checking my measurements.

I’d have started with hanging weights right away…been more consistent…then gone for girth…I’d be done by now. Probably be done a couple years ago…ah but hindsight really is always 20/20 as they say.

I would have taken a pre-PE pic of my dick, so that I would have this as more visual proof of how much progress I’ve made in nearly 3 years.

I don’t think I’d change a thing, except to have started earlier in life than I did.

I knew it would take time to build a larger dick from having read the experiences of others. I chose pumping and manual exercises because of my particular work schedule. That worked out fine for me.

No regrets.

Like stillwantmore said, started hanging right away.

The only gains in length or girth I’ve gotten from PE have been from hanging, and that happened over about 4 weeks. I have been PEing for almost a year now and have gained nothing in girth. Also, when I started I was jelqing way too much. I would definitely change that too.
