I have a straight friend He will remain nameless great guy super jock type beer buddy type of guy. I was like ok man never said you were. For some odd reason he cared more of what people thought of him then just being him self. I just thought the guy who just made that comment sounded allot like my friend.

Well, no matter what we do or where we go in the world, there will always be hatred and ignorance. I am not proud to say it, but I used to speak out strongly against gays, minorities and was in short an ignorant person! I don’t know what happened. I don’t know if it was God, fate, becoming a father. I don’t even remember when it was. All I know is that I realized that racism, gay bashing, or hatred in general is an ugly ignorant thing. I don’t even like to type the word hate. It is one of only a few words that I will not use. I guess because of my past, I work very hard at making sure that my children understand that you should never judge anyone by their color, religion, sexual preferences or for any reason that is not illegal or completely immoral! Sorry, I’m rambling. I guess I’m still preaching out of guilt for being ignorant for so long. Anyway, congrats six and I hope your friend finds our little community here helpful and friendly!
