Hello guys

I seem to have reached a max so far. My last max BPEL is on December 4, 2017 Im at 6.75 almost at 7 inches but cant seem to get permanent gains. There are times where I am really erect where I am at 7 inches BPEL but I notice I fluctuate.

I have seen gains on my BPFSL I’m at 7 1/2 and I a feel I can keep going but my bpel is slow. Anyone else have a similar problem like mine? What do you guys recommend?

My routine is
Warm up
3 sets 30 sec holds each angle stretch
Between the checks Left, center, right
Straight down, down left, down right
Straight out, out left, out right
Straight up, up right, up left
25 cranks straight out
1 min v stretch
Straight out pc muscle stretches 25
15 min wet jelq
Warm down

Every other day sometimes some t times 2 days on 1 day off
I split the stretches in the morning and wet jelqs at night.

I am still new but since you have been doing it for a bit of time now, maybe it is time to consider pumping clamping or hanging? I haven’t overly looked into those yet myself but they seem to be useful for when growth stalls from what I can tell. Though I would wait for someone with more experience to comment before starting those as they can easily damage the tissue if not used properly.

Have done a decon break yet?

You started in September of last year? If that is the case and you have gained over a half inch of length and a half inch of girth and what is barely five months I think that you are doing just fine.

Gains do not always come fast. Typically in the beginning they come quickly and then slow down a whole lot. So I wouldn’t panic as you are well ahead of the curve.

A decon break is probably right on time right now.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I’d be indescribably happy if I get 0.5 inch in length and girth after 5 months. I love the process of PE so far, so if I get those kind of gains I would be hooked for life.

When I hit a plateau with the newbie routine I took a month off and came back. I lost a very small amount of length during that time but gained it back within the first week and went on to make some new gains. Sometimes you just need a break.

Patience. Youre doing well. You’re not stuck. Just give it time. Take breaks. Focus on semi-annual goals and measurements. Everything else is just noise/meaningless

I’ve been doing a lot of girth work for the better half of 2 months and finally decided to take a decon break. As goofy as it sounds, I was inspired to take a break when I outgrew my favorite leather cock strap. When I first started I could snap it behind the balls at 2”dia. Now when I get out of the jar it takes me a couple minutes of wrangling to get the snaps to reach, and when I get it on the 3”dia feels tight, the unused snaps dig into my skin, and when I need to use the bathroom I gotta take it off because it constricts my urethra and feels bad. In terms of other sides / injuries I haven’t had any. No red spots, no lasting bruising, EQ is amazing and I can pump back to back days if I wanted to, I’m just taking a break while I’m ahead. I also start a new job next week and don’t wanna work my first shifts wearing baggy sweatpants to conceal some STJ monstrosity

I plan on using my spare time to figure out how to plumb my glass jars and vases with shutoffs. I’ve also been busting my ass trying to find a local distributor of those autoshutoff couplings. I live in a major city and feel like there should be a store somewhere within 50km that has them in stock. I found out through a friend that they’re used in beer taps and fountain pop machines but if I don’t find them locally I’lll just order them online and do what I gotta do. I’d rather see them in person because I got a couple from amazon that were way too big, and the male ends were the wrong type so they fit but didn’t click. also my female ends were straight thru and I ended up wasting money / losing motivation. I also found one of those convertible tetra pumps at walmart that I plan on converting, but I also found out that they sell something very similar at my work made by marina called the air pump 200 that I could get for $15.

Yea I started September of 17. How long of a decon break do you recommend? Also whats with my BPEL fluctuating sometimes? Sometimes Im right at or real close to 7 inches BPEL then other times Im less than that and right back at 6.75. Im getting gains on my Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch im currently at 7 1/2.

Why not try taking a week off and come back with the same routine for a week to make sure your still well conditioned then move up from there. Keep in mind you’ve gotten gains in a short period of time. So it may be slow going from here on out. Don’t expect another half inch in the amount of time.

decon is screaming for you. i will do the same very soon as I have PE non stop for a long time.
