Injury occurence rates

Would be great if it could get as many replies as possible.

There’s going to be 6 basic options. If you have performed any of them, please vote. If you have been injured, please post why you think it was from PE, what it was & the severity.

Edit: Hmm, doesn’t let you vote more than once. I guess pick which strain of PE you train the most.

Should have been an option for no injuries at all.

Thank you! Now is there any way that we can choose more than one? I have had minor injuries from most of the above mentioned. Ranging anywhere from a blister from Vac hanging, to red spots and bruising from jelqing. Nothing serious, but small injuries just the same.

Jelqing too much caused nerve irritation on left side of glans ( probably also due to uli#3s ). Resolved after 2-3 days, no permanent issues.

Took Time off, lost some gains-- Girth cemented

No PE since 2015 -- starting back up

I had some vein trauma during clamping that set me back 2-3 weeks, and I also had an injury to the lining of my urethra from doing manual stretches without warming up that took 3 months to heal fully!

I put down “Clamping: no injuries” but I should technically be “no injuries”. I’ve jelqed, stretched and clamped with so far (fingers crossed) no problems.


Start (Initially August 2008, Properly November/December 2008): 6.9x4.9

Currently (September 2010): 8.5x5.75 (6.25 inch head girth)

Jelqing caused a small bump on the right side at the bottom of my shaft, don’t know exactly what it was but was painful and stopped all PE for 2 months. When I started again it was much much smaller and I only did/am still doing light jelqing and it’s not completely gone.

Jelqing caused vein thrombosis on the top of my shaft. I was using a jelq device of the type made out of canning tongs.
I have gotten edema buildup from jelqing and pumping.
Minor skin chafing from, clamping, and ads.

Basically PE was an injury learning curve for me. The injuries started more severe and slacked off as I learned the limits.

I was stretching and I guess tore a blood vessel. Got a bruise about 1cm long by 0.6 cm wide on the side of my shaft.
