Interesting, that a benefit will be greater length delivered - due to less compression and push back of the cock.

I have ED and quite often pump to generate an erection and then slip on a tight/high tension cock ring to maintain it. I find if I push the cock ring down as far as possible, I find the cock ring retains my fat pad in an additional 1/2 to 3/4 inch thus providing a longer usable erection. If i kegel in more blood it also increase the girth by at least another 1/4 inch.
