Ive only just noticed it, it seems like it would give an intense stretch, so i’ve decided to post it here to give it more exposure :)

Im not sure if his gains are erect or flaccid as he hasnt posted since, or replied to my PM, but any thoughts on this would be appreciated :up:

You may think you are too fat to do this (a lot of people are fat nowadays) but you are not. If you can’t do the leg lifting, stretch and get in shape!! Sure sure.. You may cause a blood blister or at least a bruise of some sort at first, but it is worth it. Tell your wife you racked yourself at work or by doing her a favor with the car or something.. She really won’t care once you begin showing thickness improvements and pull her apart a bit.

Well any comment or thought you like to see right? Ok, to me, it’s just a modification of stretching. I believe there must be some other PEers who have done such thing. For example, ME! Except I don’t do that hard and I don’t make it that complicated :D (Just simliar OK?)

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

A 1” gain after one stretch, dosent that sound a little dangerous?

Well if one of you guys are willing to try, and report back that it works and didnt hurt yourself doing it, I will give it a try also. That would surely save us some time reaching our goals :)

Did you get an increase of FSL or EL?

This sounds like DLD’s “Footlong Stretch”… check Kal-el’s progress report. This one always seemed a hair on the insane side, not that there’s anything wrong with insanity mind you, just with the angle of your leg adding force, and the much stronger force your leg is capable of delivering, it always seemed like a good exercise for ripping one’s dick out. ;)

Yeah, its one of those “err on the side of caution”exercises, thats for sure!

How do you guys get your legs up that high? I mean I have ok flexibility probably a little above average I can like touch my toes without bending my knees but I just can’t seem to get my leg onto my wrist/hand very good. Anyways I’m still going to try how long would you recommend doing this Slack?

Try doing it laying down, its much easier.

I have been doing 30-60 seconds using each leg. 10 repetitions. Gives a good lig burn, but be careful of the pressure, because the possibility of stretching too hard is quite high
