Intro
Hi,
I wanted to say a quick “HI!”
I have been a member here for about a month and this board is great. I like how there is no negativity and everybody trys to lend a helping hand.
I started PE about a month ago and have basically been “warming” my self up and learning the exercises properly.
I plan on using the jelq as my primary exercise. I’m going to do a 20 min session in the moring and a 30 min session in the evening. Of course a hot wrap and brief stretching period will take place before both those workouts.
I have seen the debates about rest time (some like 1 on, 1 off, while other prefer 5 on, 2 off) but from what I have read it seems the guys that gain the most put in the most time. Maybe I’m wrong and if so please correct me.
I look forward to sharing my results with all of you.
