Is a 0.5cm fat pad possible whats the avg

I have 3cm fat pad , which means there’s a 1inch of penis hiding. And I’d still have 0.5cm if I got rid of 1 inch. Had anyone ever lost fat from the pelvic area I k ow you can’t target fat loss. I started working out and I’ve been drinking water and milk I stopped all sugar drinks. Which is probably a major cause of my fat.

Some areas of the body will not respond to exercise as well as others. The abdomen is one. To see someone with six pack abs is also someone with low BMI or body fat typically less than, I think 18% at least. If you want to watch that area of your body disappear dramatically, eliminate bread, pasta and cheese from your diet completely. Try it for three months you will see. Also no snacks. Moderate exercise is essential but what you eat must be a lifestyle for it to be effective.

You’d be a tremendously low body fat percentage. I don’t think .5cm is possible. I’m still at an inch and working on it.

Yes, that might be questionable. But I think you would be happy with even a bit more loss. If your serious about weight loss and good health at the same time, I recommended before, “Beyond the 120 Year Diet ,”.by Roy Walford. Just follow the daily recommended recipies in the book. I’ve done this for over five years. Throw in exercise as simple as a daily one mile walk and you will see.
