Is rapping effective?

I have been keeping a rap on after I ads throughout the day. to keep some of the stretch ing going Is this effective?

I’m assuming you mean wrap. And as far as I know, maintaining the stretch is a good thing. Maybe some of the guys will chime in.

Sorry, couldn’t help my self. Somehow just picturing a “Bald, Bearded, Pierced, Tattooed, Beast of a GERMAN!” as a rapper cracks me up.

Lots of guys feel that wrappin after hanging or after using an ADS is extreamly helpfull.

IMO, no because it doesn’t apply enough tension to do anything. Is it counterproductive? Possibly, if it reduces blood flow and you stay wrapped for hours.

Do a search on traction wrapping to find previous threads.

I’m so more of a beastly german than him.. Heh but you can keep the title.. I don’t have the bald/tattoo’d/pierced look going.

I wrap alot. It gives me a longer flaccid hang, and the head seems larger also. Plus, it looks good in my pants :)
