Ok guys, so if I’m getting this right, we should be cooling down instead of warming down after our PE. Wow, I wonder wow my cock will respond to me dunking it in cold water. I’m gonna hate that feeling. Anyone do this regularly and have experience with it? Also, if one tries it and notes that once he dunks his cock in cold water, it shrivels up and becomes as tiny as it can be, can we just assume cool downs ARE NOT effective?

It is hard to quantify these things turn out but I tried it today. 10 minutes of stretching. 100 jelqs. Edge. Orange bend. 100 jelqs. Edge. Orange bend. A few more pulls, some warm water, and then OMG pure cold water. There is a small Tupperware like container in the shower I held my unit in it to keep it completely submerged in cold water. I looked down my pants about 30 min later and it was way fatter and plumper than usual.

How long do you guys usually stay plump after a secession? I last about anywhere from 20-45 min.

20-45 min sounds about right. It can last much longer with a ring of some sort to keep pressure on the base.

Tried the “cool down” today guys. The cold really wasn’t that bad. I mean, it was bad, but it wasn’t unbearable like I thought it was gonna be. In the water, I was plumped up, but when I got it out, I didn’t really have the “swing” I have after a “warm down”. Whatever. We’ll just have to experiment with this and see how far it goes. Anyone else try this yet? What were your experiences?

I think I’m going to stick with the warm down for now myself. I might even try adding a cock ring at the end and maybe that will prolong the pump.

If I understood MagnumXLs posts right, the idea about cooling down dealt with the ongoings inside the tunica; I didn’t get the impression that it would affect looks in the short run. BUT I have not tried it. Still doing my PE in stealth.

Let me add something.

This is just common logic speaking, but when you add the ice, or the cold water , or whatever you do to cool down, it seems this would be the MOST important time to keep it stretched. It wouldnt make any sense to drop it in ice water, let it get small, and cement that way.

I’m not sure I’ll be trying this method, but if i did, i’d use an ice pack to cool down as i manually stretched and then immediately after apply an ADS.
