I’ve been doing more or less active PE for a little over a year now. This post is about my PE history and what I’ve learned and achieved so far.

I still remember the day I found about jelq on the Internet and tried to find some new information about it. I read some article about Sudanese men and jelqing. The article said that Sudanese men got the biggest penises on the face of the Earth and they achieved it by jelqing. Of course I thought “if they can do it, so can I”. At this point of my quest for more information lead me to Thunder’s.

At first I tried some jelqing with olive oil but it didn’t really feel right. Nevertheless I started to do it 2-3 times a week with a macaroni sock as a warm up (5min warmup and 10min jelq). After maybe a month of jelqing I noticed some gains and started to do some manual stretches (30sec to all directions). In 6 months gained maybe 0,6” of length and no girth all though I did some plumped bends and horse440’s from time to time.

The first thing I’ve learned is that despite the awesome success stories on this site there is no easy way to get results (at least for me). So guess what? I hit the plateau! Got only a minor or no gains for maybe 3 months. After that I increased the time spent for my manual stretches (from 30sec to 1-2min), started hanging with 4lbs and clamped occasionally. Also I added more plumped bends and dry jelqing to my routine. Did that for a long time and managed to break the plateau. The best thing was that I got some girth gains that I REALLY needed (0,1” and 0,1” more after a little while). Also the length was coming slowly but steadily (0,3” gains).

The second thing I’ve learned is that I should have made better starting measurements and maybe should have taken a picture of mini me. It’s very sad that even now when I know I’ve gained length and girth sometimes I still think “is it only in my head?”. My girlfriend knows about my PE but she can’t really say if I’ve gotten bigger or not. I mean for sure. She has said that it’s probably bigger and she’s quite sure that the wieners head has gotten bigger (which I regrettably didn’t measure when started).

At this point I’m quite happy for all my gains and hoping to gain some more girth in the future. Also I want to thank everyone in this forum for making PE easier for me.

I will continue on the path I’ve chosen! You haven’t heard the last of me! I’ll be back etc :D !

Yeah, I’ve hit a plateau too which I am still in. Started PE’ing on a steady bases (about 2-4 times a week) in April ‘05. Took me about 3 months to hit my plateau which I am still in :( . I got a ready stretcher a few weeks ago and I think that will help. I started at 6 - 6.25 NBPEL now at 6.5 - 6.75 NBPEL. So I gained a half inch in the first few months and nothing now for a long time. Haven’t been doing girth exercises too much. Once I hit 7” I will work on that. I hope this plateau ends soon!

Congrats on your goals so far. I hear girth is always hard but your length gain is great. Not many get the inch gain which you are just under.

Yeah, I don’t worry about length that much. I’m confident that I will break the 6,5” NBPEL barrier in couple months. After that length is not my priority anymore.

I started doing wet jelqs regularly a little while ago (haven’t been doing that for 7-9 months). I’m hoping that it will boost my girth gains and maybe some length also. Any ideas what else I should try?

I’ve been going for a couple of months and still waiting for something to start happening.anything to start happening! I think when it does I’ll throw a party or something - PE party? Hmmm make an interesting evening I’m sure.
