I've been off PE for a year

Hey guys and gals. I’m taken about a year off from PE and I’m going to get started again real soon. I was into hanging for a while then quit when I got tired of seeing a bruised dick. I had good gains and since I stopped PE I have not lost any length but most of my girth gains are gone. When I start back I don’t think I’m going to get into hanging but maybe work on my girth. My dick does look normal now, thank God.

OK, I’ve been away for a while and I need to know “what’s new in PE knowledge” around here. Has anyone found anything “new” for getting girth gains? The last time I was here Clamping was just getting to be the “thing to do” for girth.

Good to see that there’s still some of the regular guys still hanging out and man has this site grown.

Before you do anything rash and start off the bat with more bruising, you have to begin at the beginning with the Newbie Routine to get back in condition for concentrating on girth in the future. Starting off with clamping would be just perfect for generating a lot of discoloration.

Good advise! I have stopped PE before but never this long. I wonder if I can see “Newbie Gains” again.

There is a very good chance you will get a newbie pop.

When you started pE, have you had the newbie gains ? I`m curious if now after such a long break , you will have again the newbiw gains.

Did you mean to stop for an enire year or did you just keep putting off restarting. I am thinking of taking a break myself but am worried it will go the same way as my trips to the gym. Good to hear you kept your length gains.

I remember when you were SheNeedsMore. Sorry to hear about the bruising. I recall you were using a BIB. Modesto was recently asking about my BIB hanging method in the context of bruise avoidance. Just in case what I wrote in reply to him might be of use for you, here they are:

I took off from PE to let things heal and really didn’t mean to take off that long. It’s been about 10 months I think but anyway we’ll see what happens. I got my bruising when I started hanging the upper angles. It got really ugly so I decided to stop. I don’t know if I’ll go back to hanging again but you know you never say never. I’ll report any findings to hobby’s thread. It might be interesting to see if I can get “newbie gains” and be larger than I was when I stopped.

I will tell you that if you stop any and all PE you will lose some of your gains. This time I’m going to take better measurements before I start and start a log.

SNM: How much girth did you loose? Any idea why the girth loss and no length loss? I’m thinking that maybe the girth gains weren’t cemented but thats just speculating.

Hey Mule, I didn’t lose all my girth gains but did lose some. I think the reason for not losing the length gains is do to lig stretch from hanging. The girth gains were from jelqing. I think if I had done some jelqing I would not have lost any. I think it’s a pretty known fact that if you quit PE all together that your girth gains are the first to leave.

Now what is interesting is I didn’t lose any girth at the base, only the middle and upper shaft.

I think that is because the enlarged girth at the base is infact the inner penis pulled out.

The girth at the base could be from true celluar growth by multiplying the number of cells slowly through stress (hanging) and rest (sleep) of the penis tissues not just pulling more penis out. Kind of like weight lifting/body building. This is what I believe to be tunica gains.

But I also agree with the above posts. There is no doubt that part of PE at least if you hang seems to be stretching the ligs and pulling the inner penis out gradually for gains…
