Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

I've fallen and I need help getting back up.

As I do my share of research (I am just starting out) I tend to see a few categories of guys. I have come to the belief that IF DONE RIGHT, and you find the thing your body responds to (I.e. Some might respond better to stretch, jelqs, hangers, pumps, etc.) then you will either be 1) a big gainer (small percent), 2) a moderate gainer, 3) a hard gainer, or 4) a no gainer (small percent).

I’m willing to give this PE thing a try for a few months. So far I’m just doing a light version of the beginner routine. As far as trying things - I’ll stay where I’m at if it works, maybe ramp it up to more if it doesn’t. Beyond that, maybe I’ll pump, but I’m not going to do anything beyond that (I think). I’m by no means well endowed, at 5.5” BPEL and 4.5” EG, but if it doesn’t work for me I will quit. There does come a point of diminishing returns. Hopefully, this works. If not, my wife still loves me. I give her orgasms every time. What else do I really need? A bigger dick would just be gravy. Gravy’s good, but I’m not going to beat me head against a wall for years if it isn’t meant to be.

I hope you find something that works, or at very least stop beating yourself up over it.

Its difficult to assess the problem from the information given. First of all, there is incredibly bad technique that permeates a lot of PE, if you’re doing 100 or 200 or 500 of anything you are just wasting your time. Jelquing is very misunderstood since it has diffused into 50 different forms of execution due to the inventive minds of generations of PE’ers. So, your jelq technique is a BIG problem. I have never used heat in my life for PE, so forget it (I realize there are people here that die on that alter, and maybe it has merit, I am just saying I am huge without touching heat.) Just simplify. You have to know your physiology and your potential for growth.

Please, any new guys, ignore DutyQuest’s comments.

1/ Heat is terribly important. It can mean the difference between successful PE and injury.

2/ Doing 100 jelqs should take 5 minutes plus. Yes, maximize the potential of each stroke and learn to jelq properly but do jelq.

DutyQuest,

Do me a favour. Don’t give the new guys bad advice.

I thought heat was a good thing to help bring in more blood cells(which help against injury and disease) and to help loosen up ligaments/muscles. I have always used heat but I also have never gained so i guess it doesnt matter what I think.

Your loins are the warmest place on your body if you think you need to make it warmer than make it warmer. I am just saying I have never used heat, it adds to comfort but I grew fabulously without it and a lot of people have never used heat. But, it appears its popular around here. My only intention in mentioning my heat less success is to streamline the process if its a hassle. You’re having trouble gaining and to me you are doing a lot of ineffective activities.

What is your routine that helped you gain duty?

Well, its pretty simple. I just do Uli’s and hang, that’s it. The penis is a small physiology and it does not require much to stimulate growth. You apply stress through Uli’s which provides expansion (this is critical for expanding the blood carrying tissue and building new volume), and you hang or stretch to help build efficiency of your erectile system. Three sets of Uli’s and 3 sets of hanging, that’s it. Apply a hot cloth when your done if you want a comfy treat.

I would recommend: Benefits of Heat in PE and Cool Down - YES You NEED It!

Certainly don’t simply apply heat at the end of a session.

Other than that, expansion and time. It’s hard to argue that the penis is complex.

Memento, I have been using the rice sock for months now but only on the initial start of the routine. Should I invest in a Heat lamp?

Cookie,

If it’s any validation of what mem has been saying, what fnargle did doesn’t work for me, the manual routines do. I can’t gain from just strapping on an extender for hours upon hours, it just causes me to turtle with very very slow gains on a dedicated routine. I found that mem’s style routine worked very well for me and I gained three times what I gained on the extender in half the time.

It’s all about finding the routine that works for you. I can understand the frustration. We all want to get somewhere, especially if other people have made it up the mountain. You just have to find the path up the mountain that you’re able to climb with the equipment you’re given at birth. Like these guys are saying, if you are truly dedicated to finding that path, you will find it. Changing methodology is key. Remember that there are a few key points:
1. Stick to a routine for a given period of time, say 1 month. See how you do.
2. If nothing happens in a month.. You’re doing it wrong for YOUR equipment
3. Try something else, and ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR PENIS. — There are so many write-ups about when you start to gain, and I have experienced this also. It’s like your unit wakes up and says, YEAH. Kinda like once you get in a workout routine that works for you.. You just want to do it every day because it makes you feel better.

There’s another member on this site with the signature “I haven’t failed, I’ve just found 1000 ways that don’t work” — So true!

So, guys that “lucked out” with finding their routine have either (1) indeed lucked out and the routine the started was right away the one that worked or (2) tried a whole bunch of different ways and found the right routine before seriously gaining.

Just my two cents.

Mike142 is spot on and so is Memento. Definitely give whatever you’re doing some time to take hold as everyone’s body definitely responds and heals in different ways, and don’t be afraid to try different approaches.

This next point may be super generalized, but I think it’s as true for PE as it is for physical therapy or exercising; there are some universals that just apply to everyone, namely — train smart but don’t overtrain, get rest and reduce stress, make sure your nutrition is good.. But otherwise there’s a lot that’s left to the individual to discover. While frustrating to be sure, in a way I think it’s kind of liberating.. Your own path is out there, and you get to define it as you go.

I will be coming up on my 7th month June 1st, I have done multiple routines at least with jelqing and I think Im just going to stop for a while maybe come back to it at another time. Maybe I just need to do more research or go see a doctor or something. I have followed so many trails I dont know how to get back where I have started. Thanks a lot guys for your help it is encouraging. Maybe I will start out again doing the newbie routine and go from there. At this point honestly I am so lost, it sucks.

Yeah dude…this stuff takes time. You won’t notice a fraction of a millimeter of growth from a daily workout. But combine hundreds of those fractions, and you definitely start to notice, and you get bigger measurements from the increased size. It’s a nice visual change to your body, but it’s not a week to week thing. Hundreds of workouts.

And why? If you can’t be consumed by this, you’ve failed. It’s not like getting strong, where a hard session in the gym can trigger a week’s muscle growth. That’s not what’s happening here. We’re applying traction. The more the better. Right now, you will be conditioning your tissues to handle REAL stress.

Why? To have a much bigger tool to use on your wife? Great, man, that’s great.

The newbie routine is a giant headache. So are other people’s intermediate and advanced routines. (That’s because I hate rules, counting, cookie cutter approaches, and I don’t like to think so hard about a pleasurable self improvement exercise.) Jelqing gave me an injury and not much girth, but edging, ulis and clamping helped with girth. The pump was the turning point. Now I think we need to simplify here, but definitely stretch a hot limp dick for length. I put hot water on my dick and stretch it. I massage it to get some blood flow between stretches. My water pump and extender came with instructions. I use them. Am I wasting time telling you this, or do you really want a bigger cock? (I’m divorced, I try to screw the young and comely.) I’m off to penis stretching land now, good luck potential puller!

Cookie tree,
I think I have been where you are, I ca relate to your frustration. This is my first post in here (I have been reading for some time now) and I will not call myself a vet or “big gainer”, but I do have a success in PE.
I started in 2009, but was not very strict and devoted, and therefore saw no gains. In May 2012 I started up again with a more serious approach and a good beginners routine. I did manual stretches and jelqing, which I gained a little bit from - mostly in length - but it was very little.
What really was a game changer for me was planning my workout in my daily life. Beforehand I worked out when I had the time during the day, but now I wake up 40 minutes earlier every day to work out.
My program at the moment is this:

1) Warm up with penis submerged in warm water (I have a plastic bottle/cylinder that I use). Do app. 60 kegels
2) Manual stretch in multiple directions using a piece of cloth for better grip. Usually this takes around 5-10 minutes
3) Jelqing with high erection (90%) using Vaseline “grease”. I often kegel and clamp at the base to get more blood inside the shaft between the jelqs.
4) I only do maybe 10 jelqs before next exercise, which is compression jelqs. These works for me! I trap a lot of blood in the erect penis with the ok-grip-clamp at the base. Then I force my palm of the other hand directly down on the head in direction of the base. The ok-grip moves up a little, and this causes expansion in the shaft. After some time (30 seconds to a minute) my hands get tired, and I go back to normal jelqs. Repeat. Jelqing and compressing takes me around 20 minutes.

I work out 2 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 off.

What works for me is that I do the workouts because I like it. It’s not a job and I’m not counting or watching a stopwatch. It’s more like advanced masturbating (My girlfriend calls it “Destroying my cock and making it red”, lol) and for me it feels important to be mentally focused on what I’m doing. Arousement helps me, so sometimes I watch porn just to get some blood to the penis and get my mind in the right direction.

I didn’t have a lot of success with just a lot of jelqs, so I think compression and expansion are more interesting for me. Another thing that I have discovered is that my workouts seems more effective when I constantly active my penis throughout the day. For example, every time I have been on the bathroom, I clamp my flaccid penis at the base with an overhand ok-grip. I loosen the grip, kegel hard and hold, tighten the grip and release the kegel. This traps a little portion of blood in the shaft, and when I do this for some minutes my penis is all most erect in size, but filled with blood (it’s red and spongy). Arousement do help here, but I clamp when it’s completely flaccid.

My gains so far? Well - I would love the gains to be coming faster, but this is a long process and I am willing to take my time. Since May 2012 I have gained:

Flaccid:
BPFL from 11,3 cm to 12 cm
FG from 9,5 cm to 11 cm

Erect:
BPEL from 16,5 cm to 18 cm
EG from 11,4 to 12,3 cm

What I am most interested in is that the volume of my penis has increased from 170 cm^3 to 216 cm^3. That’s not bad!

So I guess for me it’s all about “feeling” my penis and accepting that it takes a lot of time and effort, and forcing anything isn’t working. My goal is to be 18 cm x 13, so I’m on my way. Hopefully I’m there within the next year, that would be a great success.
I hope you can use my story for something! If I can gain then you can as well. :)

Cheers!
Ps. I hope my writing makes sense - I’m clearly not native English

Give heat and hanging a shot. As in a honest effort. If you can spend that much time doing something that wasn’t working for you then spend a bit of time with a proven method.

I have achieved my short term goals 7 x 6++ 17.78cm bpelx 15.2cm mseg 17.1cm beg...

long term goal 8 x current girth
