I’m a new member, I started jelqing about 6-8 months ago, it is working, I was doing to much at the beginning.. About 500 split-ed in few workouts during day, but its to much for beginning.. Now I’m doing about 250-300 in few sets(50-80jelqs) ,and I see good results.. I probably gained 0,3- 0,6” from beginning.. One thing to mention.. Breaks are needed, I’m doing about 1-2 days break every 5-8 days. I heard that breaks are really important, as much as workout itself. I get some good advices from older members, its good thing to ask, my goal is to get about 1” in length to get 7”, girth is totally no problem. Jelqing may work best because it gives short but strong impulses.. Similar to muscle workout, I read article not long ago that scientist find out that short but hard workout is best to gain strength and muscle, because fact is when doing such training body over-reacts and build more tissue than it is needed to regenerate damaged tissue. That’s why training on edge would probably work best.

I am convinced that if I had to chose only one exercise that would be jelqing. It is that effective.

All of my gains came with jelqing. Dry jelqing to be exact. I did some stretching but not on every session.

To keep it short, IMO, jelqing plus heat equals gaining.At least for the newbies.

It is as certain as death and taxes.Enough said.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
