Hi, what do You mean by heat ? How to apply it ? You mean while jelqing, if yes, how hot it should be, warm, hot or almost to hot ? I lowered number of reps to about 250-300 including warmup, less problems overall and I think gains may be similar or even better, but I noticed one thing, at the beginning after jelqing, I have some pains and weird feeling, no erection but I feel like I would have to much pressure inside, like I would get testosterone and adrenalin shot. You basically cannot gain anything from jelqing, this is a delusional thing to think so.
Jelqing is -when you deeply think on it- just a weird incomplete erection, an “exercise” between stretching and wanking. I don’t think you can gain anything from this, I don’t think anybody should loose time on this for gains, but it seems great as a stretching exercise.

Just think about it, personally I’m a bodybuilder and I know my shit, a muscle need to get shocked to grow, penis isn’t a muscle but the same process apply as well (in theory) your penis tissues fibers need micro tears to develops and grow, how the heck do you want to “stress” your penis while doing jelq ? It’s basically wanking (hardly) without a full boner, it can’t work because it can’t stress your penis, a basic wanking in full erection is more stressful to your penis and this can’t brings us gains.

Hanging and clamping may work, MAY work. Clamping especially, it over-flood the penis with too much blood that’s dangerous but it may work, hanging do work but I’m not sure you can get erect after serious hanging..

I’m really starting to think that people on those kind of website are plain liars and/or delusional as f***, it seems that almost everybody got a top tier eight/nine incher.. It doesn’t seems true to me, my pragmatic mind really told me that something isn’t right about those kind of forums, it’s not really a scam but more likely a cluster of delusional people..

But if someone can bring me actual proof that it work with time and dedication (and like I said before as a bbers I’m really disciplined) I would gladly recognize my mistake, but for now I cannot believe it much longer.
I’m almost sure that 70% of people on this kind of website throw random high numbers to feel right about themselves and most of people just got slight “gains” from stretching then go along with the placebo effect all year round.

Brad, you do know that by pretending to be better than us, being on a higher level than us, and smarter and better than us (the whole casual mentioning of bodybuilder + my mind and my knowledge in bio-mechanics) you are actually the person you accuse us of being? That is: a person who makes wild claims on the internet with nothing to back it up.

And this might be in vain, I might feed the troll with this, but here it goes anyway: You claim there’s absolutely no way you can grow muscle without “shocking” it. All those poor endurance athletes, martial arts practitioners and mountain climbers. Clearly they are all delusional and aren’t muscular at all.

Brad, I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that rather than being a troll, you may just have lower emotional intelligence and manners regarding how to communicate with others effectively.

Here is a theory for you to ponder that may help you gain more open-mindedness and receptivity to new concepts:

Bodybuilding and PE have some things in common, but are different endeavors in some important ways. One difference is that whereas in bodybuilding, you are seeking the hypertrophy of muscle, but in PE, the tissue you wish to expand is not predominantly skeletal muscle.

When you excessively overload the stress on your penis prematurely, you can cause the tissue to toughen and resist growth, yielding worse results than a less intense approach. Thus, many have found that they obtained the best results by using a “less-is-more” approach, such as with moderate force/non-erect jelking. Those who go straight to more intense measures, like long and intense hanging or clamping, may experience little or no growth.

Bear in mind, also, that PE is a much newer “science” than strength training and bodybuilding. So various approaches are still be experimented with. But we do have a helluva lot of accumulated anecdoctal evidence. Though this does not constitute conclusive scientific proof, it can still be very informative to read of the experiences of others on a site like here.

To sum up: the reason less intense may be more effective for PE could be that the tissue we are seeking to expand is not the same as with the endeavor of bodybuilding.

The evidence is out there if you are willing to search with an open mind. Telling others that they should convince you and provide proof may be a less effective approach.

At any rate, I wish you the best! A bigger AND healthier dick is a real possibility, if you can overcome your initial opinions.

I never claimed to be better than anybody else, I just stated that I lift, I seriously do and I seriously research about muscle and tissue building so yes I am a bit educated on this particular subject, if you make an inferiority complex out of it it’s not my fault, but it’s kinda revealing about this PE stuff.

Bradgmx if you don’t want to believe it, don’t believe it. No one is charging you money. The only thing you invest is your time and effort.
