Will jelqing with a cock ring help increase girth gains? Also has anyone tried a testosterone cream that worked and if so where can I buy it?

You should not take a test cream/patches/injections unless you have low test. Do you know your T levels?

If you want to increase your test within healthy levels, just eat healthier and lift heavy compound exercises such as deadlifts, squats, bench press, and rows; Your test will be high in a healthy way.
If you MUST rely on supps because of impatients or stupidity, take test boosters such as Tribulus Terrestris. There are so many of those types of supps out there to choose from and they work wonders.

As for your other question: I wouldn’t recommend wearing a cock ring during PE but I do am wearing one post PE to help maintain a swollen state during healing. I haven’t been doing it long enough to give an opinion yet.
How new are you to PE? Only 13 posts suggests your new so you definitely shoudn’t wear one yet, you’ll only hurt youself.

It was my first day of trying it really. I put it on after my workout for 20-25min while I edged and cooled down, then later to masturbate, then the next day I was having a nice pain on the left side inside my dick near the head. Its a pain I get from overdoing pressure on the dick.

Ya I was the same way. Just make sure to warm up a lot, take it slow. Less is more at the beginning and make sure to use baby oil. Jelq 30-50 a day couple days a week and stretch softly on other day. Warm up 5 minutes workout 5 minutes. Make sure to use heat for warm up

I pumped 5 days a week for about 1/2 hour plus each section . Did this for about 2 years . Always worn CTC cock cushions all day and most nights. Many times 2 cushions.
