Jelqing tips
I am finding it difficult to know if I am getting enough or any expansion when I jelq. I try to focus on each individual jelq as important and not focus as much on number of reps or amount of time doing it. If I have good steady expansion with each stroke, this is of supreme importance.
I have noticed there is a point where there is simply TOO MUCH blood in the shaft and it’s like the shaft is “too firm” like there is an inner firmness that no longer really seems to expand with blood. Anyone know what I mean?
So do the best results happen from jelqing at lower levels or is there a very small “sweet spot?”
I want to see girth improvement and people say to jelq at higher levels, but don’t higher levels impede expansion?
