Yea, I made my own about a year ago. I saw the pics at powerjelk site but didn’t like the flat rollers so I made mine using small wooden spindles which have a concave shape in the middle and gives much better control as I bring it up the shaft/stretch.
I covered the spindles/rollers with black closed cell foam (kind used on broom handles, lawn mower handles etc. This gives some nice padding between dick and wood. The handles are made of 6061-T6 aluminum I had lying around and the sissors are made of .75”x.75”x8-9” finishing wood I found at Lowes.
Now to how well it has worked out for me. I’ve been using it now for almost 6 months in concert with my pump sessions and have to say I’ve gained about .25” girth between using it 15 mins before pumping and 5 mins between the 15min pump sets. So yes, I would not do my pumping sessions without it!
I’m now in the process of turning my own spindles on my wood lathe. These are getting a wider concave shape (2.25” inside the concave) and a wider overall length. This is due to my increased girth size and the old originals are now too small. One other thing, I included (2) small adjustment screws on either sissor arm to adjust the amount of squeese or pull.. I wanted to recieve between the rollers. Just something I thought was needed for better overall control.
Hopes this helps
