I don’t know much about chelation. In fact the only thing I’ve ever learnt about in chelation was EDTA, but I seem to remember someone here writing about some cream or supplements that might help to free up bound iron molecules in skin (that give it that colour).

I found this lamp at Wal-Mart, is on the lamps section. Just look for a lamp color black that has a clip on, on the box says that is only for 60watts max. But if you read the ceramic socket where the bulb goes you will see that it says 250 w. Max. So get the one that costs around $7 or $8,.

you can get a new one cheaper. Just ring up some electronic stores and ask them about a “red light”, “heat lamp” that you use when you have soreness in your muscles. They will know what you mean.

Here in Holland you can also get an IR on 2e hands markets and shops and they are really cheap then.

I’ve seen them on a 2e hand market for about 7.5-10 euros.

What are the benefits of an infra red light? I’ve got one and if it helps I’m definitely going to use it :)
