Just wondering when should I use it??

Just when I go cold after a workout or during the workout??

I’m gonna play about with it today (not —>2day) but if you’ve got any suggestions please let me know.

Do a search for IR lamp. I think some guys will do their routine under it.

Just done some reading up on this infra red stuff and we can’t lose using it.

Have you worked out when it’s best to use regarding a PE session, before, during or after or all of them?

I use it during a PE session and whenever I get that cold feeling I usually get after PE I do a bit more to warm it back up, I figure the more blood you keep flowing the faster you’ll see growth, my flaccid girth is so much nicer than it usually is, I’m 6 foot 4” and now my cocks starting to look like it fits my body and I don’t have a fucking toothpick between my legs!

I have not once shriveled back to anywhere near 3 1/2” I’m a solid 4, touching 4 1/2” flaccid.
My girth is big now however my erect girth isn’t anything special, I’m working on it tho!

Dongdon, I also bought one of those red light infrared things on Friday. The only problem is that you shouldn’t look at the red light since it hurts your eyes. So, if I’m beaming that light on my dick during PE I obviously always have to see the light (can’t do Pe with my eyes closed).

How do you cope with not looking into the light ?

It just means don’t stare into the light because it would heat you eyes which cannot be good. The light reflected from your body would be pretty harmless as your body will absorb almost all the infra-red.
