Just joined PE for almost 2 years
New to the board, PE for almost 2 years.
I just found the forum and it looked to be a no bullshit type of place so I decided to give it a shot.
I have been doing PE for almost 2 years now with very modest but solid gains, 7/8” in length and a small improvement in girth, starting with a 6” long. I hung weights for the first 10 months and stopped after some soreness on the left side. I “Jelqed” continually for almost 2years except for the month and a half I took off when I was in Russia in 2000.
I do manual stretching and Jalqing and have now added some pumping to my routine to see if this will encourage any further growth. I Pump up slowly to about 5”hg of “Vacuum” for about 30 minutes after a good jelqing session of 1000 repetitions. This seems to have stimulated some small increase in length. As most of you know pumping only provides temporary increase in size and it will remain to be seen if this new routine works for me.
I am 47 y/o, a non smoker, and have been in pretty god health most of my life, 22 years in the U.S. Military. I take vitamins and supplements including, CoQ10, Niacin, Ginkgo Biloba, B-Complex and many others. I exercise almost every day. I know my routines have been very conservative but I have been consistent doing PE 4 to 5 time a week. I am here on the board to pick-up any information that might help me in gaining a little more. I am not greedy, 7 ½” long would be nice but safety first, do no damage is my motto. I have noticed that although I have not made huge gains in size I have made improvements in sexual stamina and physical sensitivity. The sex is better than ever and my girl friend has noticed a difference. She thinks it is because of the vitamins.
