Kegel Exercises Put me to Sleep

I did this last night, it put me to bed within 20 mins. Only thing is I did notice a decrease in morning wood the next morning, anybody eles get that?. My dick probbably isnt used to doing that untill I pass out, yet, so I will try it again and see if the morning wood is fine again tommorow.

Kegels are one of the few facets of PE I don’t embrace enthusiastically.

Yeah you can overdo kegels, my erections suffered before from going mad with them.

I haven’t noticed a negative change in morning wood after going to sleep to kegels. What I do, is try and do very slow repetitions. (5 second hold and 5 to 10 seconds on the release)

I’ve been doing them long enough that I can isolate what I call a forward, middle and back part of my pelvic floor muscles. So, you may want to try to work on isolating the different areas, and go slowly with them. (rather than doing them to exhaustion) Let us all know how it goes.

Nah mate I tend to look at kegels like protein shakes after weightlifting lol, immediatley post session use them to get nutrients and oxygenated blood in there!

I don’t do five or ten minutes sessions individually, I kegel a lot when I jelq anyway..

:) No, I’m no scientist. It would just be cool to hear that other people get some additional benefit from kegels like I do.

I’m happy to hear that it worked for you. Did you catch yourself dozing off during your counts? That’s one of my favorite parts of it for some reason.

Does anyone do a set amount of kegels or just do it throughout the day?
