Kegel Exercises Put me to Sleep

Of all of the PE work everyone does, I’d be willing to bet that most people don’t really understand the importance of Kegel exercises for men as it applies to EQ and ejaculation control.
I’ve been working pretty diligently on kegels since this last summer (2008) But, trying to find the time, and be able to focus on the different muscles in the pelvic floor, can be a challenge.
Well, I’ve figured out that when I am having trouble falling asleep, and counting sheep ain’t cutting it, .. I exercise my pelvic floor. What I’ve found, is that I can get through a couple of sets, and then I start missing my counts because I’m falling asleep.
My new pattern, and time I take out for me kegel exercises is at bedtime. Try it, you may find that it works great for you as well.
