Kegel Exercises Put me to Sleep

I do 50 to several hundred depending on how long I hold the contraction. Usually, I’ll do a set 50 reps of 5 second hold with a 5 second rest to go to sleep, or I’ll do 150 to 200 1 second hold, 1 second rest. Once the pelvic floor muscles get conditioned, it will feel like you can almost do an unlimited amount.

I hate kegels too.

I mean, I would love nothing more than to last longer than 2 minutes, believe me……I’ll take a fix of that over a big dick any day—-but I just don’t like the concept of thinking/doing PE the entire day long. Got 10 minutes? Do Kegels while at work/driving/brushing your teeth/sitting at the dinner table.

Pass.

I dunno. I always told myself I’ll feel differently if/when I get some real gains, but since I DO have trouble sleeping, and I DO completely ignore my kegels….if I can fix both issues at once that would be rather amazing.

I hate doing kegels and ignore them most of the time. I think I’m going to have to just get on with them.
