I always kegel as I do the standard wet jelq exercise. In the manual and in every explanation on how to do this exercise nobody ever mentions to kegel as you jelq.

I kegel on every wet jelq stoke, and it now seems like the only right way to do this exercise.

Should I limit the amount of times that I kegel? Is kegeling while jelqing standard?

Does anybody not kegel while they do wet jelqs?

Has anybody gained without kegeling while jelqing? It seems like jelqing wouldn’t even work if I didn’t kegel on every stroke.

Just so everybody knows, I haven’t been posting for a while and kind of avoiding this forum, because I lost my girth gain, and it has made me kinda depressed. I am a survivor and my dick is still nice so it is ok, but I need to get back on the winning side of this game. Regarding your loss of some girth gains, does any of the following make sense?

First possibility: I felt gains in girth within a few weeks, and had I stopped my PE work, suddenly, I think rescinded swelling might have occurred. But I have persisted and am now into my third month with continued gains.

Second point, I thought I measured correctly but my girth seemed to go down by the tape though the little trickster seemed thicker than ever by feel. I had just measured incorrectly, originally. Must have. I had to re-evaluate my original girth and I always put a ? Mark after it as I couldn’t stand before the pearly gates and swear on my first measures.

So, try to re-evaluate your measurements. When you lost, was it also a loss in sense of feel as well as a loss by tape measurement? Could it have been swelling going down? Have you gained since starting back your besiege?

I do my overhand OK Jelqing and V-Jelqing but the kegel and anti-kegel work comes before and after. Tomorrow’s showering, I shall try your way.

I never kegel while I jelq, at least for the most part, occasionally I do some kegels but I am not doing hundreds while I jelq. I have had pretty good gains two months in, and I am hoping that I’ll have more to report at the end of the month. I am definetly going to pay attention to this thread because If it helps to be kegeling then shit I got to do that haha.

Comrades, I would like to talk about if kegeling and jelqing at the same time are needed to gain well? It seems when I don’t kegel while doing my wet jelqs it isn’t expanding properly.

I want alot of posts because I want to get to the bottom of this. I think I may be getting to much expansion and it could be hindering some gains.

Is it true that sometimes you can be injured and you can’t tell; like no spotting and still a decent to good EQ?

I need to find out were I went wrong. Has anybody else lost all their girth gains early into PE like I did? I started in February with the newbie routine. Within a few weeks I increased the jelqs. I then refined

my jelqing technique by kegeling as I did my wet jelq routine. About a month in I went from 15 minutes to 30 minutes and sometimes I would just jelq for 45 minutes to an hour. I started jelqing Feb 14, 08.

I noticed an 1/8 girth gain around may 25, 08. I started propecia sept. 4, 07 and stopped using it April 4, 08 because I was sick of it and I was possibly hoping for a Pezzi gain (chemical PE). About a week

after quitting propecia I gained another 1/8 of girth. I don’t know if the gain was related to quitting the propecia, but I would like some professional vets on this site to draw a theory. I went from 5.25EG

about to 5.45EG roughly. I enjoyed my gains very much and was very elated and discovered a whole new confidence that I never

experienced and I fucking want it back. So I gained 2/8ths in girth. I like to mention that when I quit propecia my libido seemed extremely high the first two weeks of cessation. So I was enjoying my new

range from thirty minutes to one hour sessions of wet jelqs and I would also do some horse 440s for like five or ten minutes after the wet jelq session. My schedule was like 3 on and 1 off. So I measured

again a few weeks later and I lost the 1/8th again. I then started jelqing less out of depression; like 2 on and 1 off but my intensity and time and routine remained the same and now I lost the whole enchilada

of 2/8ths. All my work has been for nothing and I am very disappointed. The only reason why I can handle it is because I still have a decent size penis, but it doesn’t compare to those monster cocks that I

I think you can jelq without kegels at the same time and still gain, and gain well.

I don’t think you can get “too much expansion” unless you’re getting it by traumatizing yourself. But then, I’m in the “coax growth out”, not “force growth out” camp of PE.

I’m not sure that you ever HAD those gains in a permanent sense. Part of the reason it’s better to use the ruler as just one measure of your progress is because measurements are imperfect. They can vary.

An eighth of an inch can appear or disappear “like a miracle”, but it’s more likely to be due to more mundane and earthly causes such as natural variation from time to time.

You can accept the ruler as your gold standard for PE, Mr. T., but a more useful standard might be a functional standard. Is it large enough to provide pleasure to you and who you’re with?

You are a candidate to stop worshiping the ruler, and start using the ruler as a useful tool to provide you with useful general information about how you are doing with PE.

Thanks Lampwick, this helps me immensely. Well written; you answered all my questions and I appreciate that. I was actually contemplating a deconditioning break, but I don’t know if I should take one or not.

I have toned it down to every other day sessions. And I took this Thursday and Friday off, and I am thinking about taking today off and maybe the whole weekend, to just heal if I need to. I am not sure if a need to take a few weeks off. Would I make that decision based on my EQ?

I do a kegel between nearly every jelq rep. I do my jelqs relatively slowly, aiming for 5 or longer second reps. I strive for the fullest possible expansion on every repetition, hence the jelq to finish it off just before I start.

Goals: 8' NBPEL, 6' EG, 21' NBPSFL

I do kegels to help get better EQ and they work well.

Better EQ gives me a larger penis.

I also do kegels when I jelq.

I have not seen any negative effects when doing them together. I would think they would help and not hurt.

You might take a break and get your EQ back up. You will probably get those gains right back.
