Well, just now I looked at a piece of paper I had my gains written down and dates. It was cool looking at it and all. But then I realized Ive been stuck at 5.5 girth for so long.

Upper midshaft Im about 5.5 below is 5.25 and base is probly in 5.7s. Im not happy with this irregularities.

Within the next few days/weeks if I cant get it past 5.5 I’m going to take a more drastic approach. Im not sure what yet. Something to do with shocking it. When I say this I mean if I cant get it past 5.5 like after a workout which means I’m not expanding it at all. That is how Ill know because Ive gotten to know my dick.

Any tips on Manual Clamping, jelqing, or evening out my girth?

Done, This all takes about 20-30 mins

For a comparison, I do 300-500 dry/wet jelqs and 3 sets of 15 minutes clamping with bends and squeezes. I think you need to up your girth routine considerably if you want some gains.

Well, starting tonight, Im gonna have more intense clamping. But I dont want to hurt him so I gotta be careful.

Start slowly, with 5 minutes in the clamp and then gradually increase the amount of time and number of sets. When you feel your dick is ready, you can start doing bends and squeezes while you are clamped. That will give you a lot of expansion.

You could always add pumping to you routine. Seems great at evening out the girth.

Peter, Wow I never considered bending. That would add lots of pressure on the inside walls. Nice idea.

24 hours. I do not think I am going to start pumping at the moment. Maybe in the future. Or if I cant get any gains from manual stuff. I like to stick with no devices. Feels better knowing I did it myself.

You are too new to be clamping at all, but I know you will do it anyway so listen up. Heat really well. Get your dick as hot as you can stand it with a rice sock or heating pad. Doing it in the hot tub is ideal, but not everyone has access to a hot tub. Use the proper amount of wrap; the mag-wrap or the mouse pad is best, something soft. Baby socks leave indentions. Use only one clamp, clamp as close to the base as possible. Start with an erection, jelq and kegel in blood until you are rock hard then clamp if off about three clicks. Jelq in more blood and clamp it off all the way and leave it, forget about it, go do something else, but set your timer. Absolutely no more than 10 minutes or discomfort, whichever comes first? But let the erection subside while clamped. When the timer dings, pop the clamp and squeeze (gently) out all the stale deoxygenated blood. Then repeat. Start with three 10 min sets per session, one or maybe two sessions a day with as much time in between as possible. Read my clamping thread

I agree with Peter Dick. I found 45 minutes to be the magic number when working my girth manually. You can spend 15-20 minutes just getting it warmed up.
