lig pops query
Guys,
I’ve recently had my first lig pops (3 so far over the last 3 weeks of a pretty much stretching-only routine). Each time he pop has come from my left hand side when stretching downwards and to the right.
My fella has always been curved slightly to the left (ie my right side measures slightly more) so I’m wondering if the pops are because my left ligs are shorter and hence the stretching is helping them ‘catch up’ with the right ligs?
