Lig pops signal length
I’ve been doing manual stretches for a while now and I’ve found that I get a really good stretch, but sometimes, I’ll get lig pops like crazy. Is this a sign that I’m working towards growth and that was the lig(s) that held back or is there too much lig popping that can occur? I’ll manual stretch at different times during the day, I’ve found that while totally flaccid, some pops can happen once a week, but being semi erect allows for more to take place.
