Hey guys, I was just wondering who has tried this routine and if you have anything to report? I have seen gains, but can’t confirm how much until I buy a new ruler. But my dick is definitely father past my current ruler. And that is only within a month. So I think this routine will help me reach 9 inches before the end of the year. Just have to be consistent and keep going.

I think that you have master the normal stretches. Maybe its time to try a fulcrum stretching routine(A and V stretches).

Well this routine is working and I seeing gains, so I don’t see a reason for changing things. I have tried fulcrums and the rest. And I do to them when I feel things are going a bit slow. But as long as I’m gaining, I don’t change things.

This is the ultimate in PE wisdom.

People over the years have asked why I don’t hang and use other PE modalities. When you find what works you surf that wave over and over!

Why is it that I gained about .25 bpel after a month of clamping and no girth?? I’m targeting girth..

I dig into my fat pad and clamp up to an expansion of .25 in girth, no fluid buildup.. I don’t get it. I’m 2 on 1 or 2 off depending.

I 440 between sets and wait 7-10 min for a total of 3 10 min reps.

I’ve gained MAYBE 1/16-1/8 WHEN I Kegel only in girth.. but without I sit at the same measurement.

I experienced the opposite sort of thing Aaron. I used an extender, for up to 15 hours a day even and actually _lost _ length(but gained in base girth-exactly where I don’t need it!). It’s like I turtled up into my base. I hope I get that length back. I’m not sure if I’ve ever gained in NBPEL, even with several years of PE, but I’m trying again, experimenting anew with stricter and stricter measuring techniques.

I gained lots of girth without trying.

Everyone reacts differently to the exercises, you have to find what works for you.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Is there such thing has a girth increase ONLY when kegeling? I measure .1 greater in girth when I Kegel than my staring girth which was measured when I kegeled as well. This is weird. I gained girth only when I Kegel the measure. But just erect without a level I measured the same.

I’ve gained base girth on this routine that is slowly trickling up the shaft. Don’t know how much, because I’m still staying away from all things to do with measuring. I’ve also gained in length. Pictures that I have taken have clearly shown that.

When you say all directions can you clarify? There’s up, down, straight out, left and right but there’s also down left, down right, btc, etc left, etc.

I remember when rulers went from 35 cents to 50. That’s too rich for my blood, I now measure with common objects around the house. I’m one universal television remote long now and about 80 % of a 30 day prescription bottle MSEG!

Well I do down, up, left, right, down again, and then straight out. I will sometimes do btc, for a little extra work on the tunica to combat my slight upward curve I have, and its working. But only about once a week I do btc. I go down twice also for a little extra tunica work. But usually when I do my sessions I’m fully dressed , and that makes btc a little more difficult.

Upping my stretches to around 3 to day is helping with length I think so far. I’ve been doing over a month and noticing stretched flaccid length gains. A little too early to tell if BPL has grown.
