So the routine consists of two parts. I call it my day and night shifts. The day is dedicated to stretching and the night to a more normal routine. Some people might have experience with a similar routine, and some might not, but this is what worked in giving me flaccid length gains. So hope it works for others as well.
Day:
Normal stretch without warm up. Stretch in each direction for a slow 30 count (not seconds, but a slow count) but stretching bottom twice.
I do this four times during the day about an hour apart. (4 worked great in the fact that it didn’t destroy my EQ but felt like I was getting a great workout. Listen to your body and see what works for you.)
I do this 2 days on and 1 off. Any more gave me poor EQ and was a bit counter productive. Between stretches (going from down to up) I also tug on it straight out about 20 times.
Night:
Quick warm up. About a minute. But you might want to warm up more. Basically till your ligaments feel rubbery. So tug to feel if it has a bit more of a recoil. (If that makes sense)
After warm up, I do between 200-250 wet jelqs. In sets of 50. Starting at about 80% erect and finishing at about 60% erect. Between each set of 50, I get myself fully erect and then do a type of horse 440 squeeze where I squeeze at the base of my dick as well as just below the glands. Its an intense sensation so be careful. The squeeze I hold for between a 20 and 30 count.
After the jelqs and squeezes I do a 20 minute edging session. I have not done this consistently because I don’t always have the time. But have seen a greater hang the next day when I did the edging, and I was way more engorged for a lot longer.
After the edging, I warm down with a shower while I massage my dick for about 5 minutes.
The night routine I do 5 on 2 off. Sometimes when my dick want a bit more abuse I go 6 on 1 off. But usually at the end of a week its a bit tired.
What I have noticed:
Adding more stretches kills my EQ and then my night routine is ruined. So check you PI’s. Also when my ligaments are sensitive, I take an extra day off. I have come close to injuring myself a few times. Because there is no heat, the chance of injury is much higher. The squeeze can be skipped if it is a bit much. Its more for girth than for length anyway (I work on both at the same time) and when my dick looks a little fat (and short) I stop with the squeezes for a while.
When I started, with the up stretch I could just barely reach my belly button. Now my glands go past my belly button. Not bad for a month and a half. It feels longer with all the stretches but I only have a reference for the up stretch. As for erect gains. My ruler only goes to 20cm (8inches) and was already past that before I began. So I don’t know if I have gotten erect gains, but if not it should show soon. But my dick use to have a bit of an upward curve, and that has now straightened a lot. So if nothing else, then there’s that. Hope this helps somebody out there.
