Talking about hard to get length gains.. No body mentioned JAI stretches? Is anyone getting results from doing JAI stretches throughout the day. I’m talking about 100-200 daily.

I’ve been reading in the books that JAI stretches are the key to newbie length gains. Wondering if there’s any truth to this?

I’m starting daily JAI stretches too, because I read same thing. Just once a day and the two other sessions that day are normal manual stretching.

Momodu7 gained 0,5 inch of lenght in 1 month with jai.

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

I might be a hard gainer too. It’s gonna be 3 months of PE in 5 days, I got none or very little length gain and significant girth gain. I have low LOT, of course. I got the girth from 1 month of extender, no length. I tried various stretches. Now I’m doing A stretches hands only under 100 watt infrared bulb. For grip I use thin leggings cloth 3 times folded, it’s great. Will keep trying.
