Let me start off by saying… none of what is to follow is for any newbie, I have done PE religiously for three years and am extremely conditioned.

I am looking for some feedback if any of ya’ll think that hanging can be used as an advanced stretch if done in a specific sequence?

I am still looking for length gains, currently at 7” by just shy of 6” mid girth.
Started at 5-1/8 to 5-1/4 by 5 (I question my initial length measurement).

So what I am thinking is trying to stretch and fatigue my unit and then add weight to maybe see a benefit in length results.
I have tried just hanging twice, three months and four months getting up to 19 pounds and averaging 9-10 hrs/week with next to zero results in length gains.

What I am thinking, even tho I know Bigger has warned against hanging with girth routines…

Warm up
Manual stretch for 15 min
Clamp 3x12
Hang (18-20 lbs) SD for a 30 min set
Hot water cycle pump 10-0 Hg for 15 min
Do this 3 on 1 off / 2 on 1 off

My goal is to fatigue the cells and then hang SD to get a full stretch. All of my other hanging was BTC and that just didn’t work for me….

Thoughts?
Because of the order of the routine I really feel it is length focused even tho I am using clamping prior….

Just trying to find something that excites me a bit and gives me some hope in adding a bit more length.

Just to clarify the above a bit, I know hanging stretches but I am asking if hanging may be used a bit unconventional?

Not using it the normal 6-7 days 10 hours a week method but more as a support stretching routine?

So, tried the routine and:
Manual bundled stretches (LengthMaster) felt great - check
Clamping (three clamps all at the base) 3x12 felt great - check
Cycle vac pumping 10-0 Hg for 15 min felt great and had me hard the entire night - check

Hanging 18 pounds SD after clamping… uhhhg. Didn’t feel nearly the stretch/pull/fatigue I was hoping for.
Think I will cut the weight in half and try fulcrum hanging. Haven’t tried this before but has to be worth a shot and hopefully will give me the stretch I am looking for.

Key concepts: static progressive stretching (SPS) aka stress relaxation stretching, strain in the 2.5 - 4% region
Key ingredients: heat (42°C+ or so)

Strain = (post workout max BPFSL) / (pre workout max BPFSL)
If your BPFSL is 20 cm, you want to achieve at least 20.5 cm (2.5%) up to 20.8 cm (4%) post workout BPFSL.

Which is a lot. Which you can barely accomplish with hanging alone; or at all.
Well, that has been my observation; I can get my BPFSL much much longer with the stress-relaxation approach.
Hence I picked up the same approach very recently. Its very very intriguing, go check it out!

I suggest you do at least 30-60m of stress relaxation stretching before you start hanging!
Word of caution: use only 30-50% weight for first set when hanging. The SPS will weaken / extend your penis beyond its limit, any force applied afterwards feels like 100x multiplied. So be careful.


Then: 6.5 BPEL | 5.5 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG

Now: 8.11 BPEL | 7.24 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG

Goal: 9x6 || My journal

I could be wrong but I believe strain is calculated as the change in a dimension divided by the original value of that dimension. So (postBPSFL - preBPSFL) ÷ preBPSFL

20 cm pre bpfsl, 20.5cm post bpfl —>
20.5 / 20 = 1.025 —> 2.5%

If you want to be really precise with it, then this is the formula:
(post bpfsl) / (pre bpfsl) - 1
20.5 / 20 - 1 = 0.025
which is 2.5%

Afaik when working with %, you can use the [0,1] range, or the [1,2] range or the [0, 100] range, or the [100,200] range (-1 or -100 being is implicit).
Hope you get what I mean.

I like fulcrum stretching.

Basically, throughout my life (Until age 17) I had never pulled my foreskin back to clean or even to masturbate, I was scared to in fact. I used to think I either didn’t have a bellend or I was too scared to find out.

When I eventually realised this is not normal and I need to go to the doctor, it was there that I found out I needed to clean as when retracted my glans were stuck to my skin with crusty smeg (Didn’t smell, but was hard and crusty). My foreskin almost ripped from how stuck it was, very sore!!

My question is, because of this, my foreskin being stuck in a certain place for years. Could this of prevented my penis from growing. I also find that my penis does not expand as it should, non erect girth is 4”1/4 while my erect girth is 4”1/2. This concerns me greatly. My penis does not expand and does not get rigid like it used to during my teenage years. My teenage dick would get erect but would just stop at the end of the foreskin and never retract any further from it being stuck. Could this of stopped its growth?

I am now 21 and am fully sure that I restricted my dick growth and have lead to it not functioning as it should, due to not enough blood being able to engorge my dick.
