Looking For Some Feedback
Let me start off by saying… none of what is to follow is for any newbie, I have done PE religiously for three years and am extremely conditioned.
I am looking for some feedback if any of ya’ll think that hanging can be used as an advanced stretch if done in a specific sequence?
I am still looking for length gains, currently at 7” by just shy of 6” mid girth.
Started at 5-1/8 to 5-1/4 by 5 (I question my initial length measurement).
So what I am thinking is trying to stretch and fatigue my unit and then add weight to maybe see a benefit in length results.
I have tried just hanging twice, three months and four months getting up to 19 pounds and averaging 9-10 hrs/week with next to zero results in length gains.
What I am thinking, even tho I know Bigger has warned against hanging with girth routines…
Warm up
Manual stretch for 15 min
Clamp 3x12
Hang (18-20 lbs) SD for a 30 min set
Hot water cycle pump 10-0 Hg for 15 min
Do this 3 on 1 off / 2 on 1 off
My goal is to fatigue the cells and then hang SD to get a full stretch. All of my other hanging was BTC and that just didn’t work for me….
Thoughts?
Because of the order of the routine I really feel it is length focused even tho I am using clamping prior….
Just trying to find something that excites me a bit and gives me some hope in adding a bit more length.
