Feedback For my Newbie Routine
Hey guys, I am fairly new to PE, about a month and I have just completed the Goodlooking Loser ultimate bathmate routine. But before I begin the post I would first like to say, yes I know that there are way better structured newbie programs. I started the program when I desperately wanted to increase the size of my buddy and the goodlooking loser website was the first PE thread that I bumped into (before I even knew the term PE) I know that I could have switched to a better program midway, but me being the way I am, I always felt inclined to finish whatever I started. Secondly, yes, now I know as a newbie you do not need to purchase any equipment whatsoever, and I do regret purchasing the bathmate early on. I was really desperate on beginning my journey as I am currently away overseas for about a year from friends family and mainly girlfriend and I wanted to make as much gains as I could before returning home. The first thing I stumbled upon was the goodlooking loser site with no knowledge of PE and of course his routine included bathmate pumping.
Anyway, now that I have completed that program, I decided to structure my own personal newbie program which was greatly influenced by Kingpoles newbie program. I will run this program 2 days on and 1 day off.
Warm up 5-10 mins
Stretching for 10 Mins- Straight out, Upwards, Straight down, Left, Right. 1 Minute holds on each stretch and 30 helicopter rotations (pulling penis while rotating) clockwise & anticlockwise in between each set.
Dry jelq - Sandwich grip (imagine holding a sandwich with your thumbs on the bottom and index and middle finger at the top and turn grip 90 degrees so your thumb is now holding the top of your penis and the index and middle finger is on the bottom of your penis) I do this laying down with slow 3-4 seconds reps for 5 Minutes.
I then move my index and middle finger to the sides of me penis with my thumb still in the same position and continue to jelq for 5 mins, this is done to his the sides of the penis as well not just the top and bottom. Total Jelq time= 10 minutes.
I use this method of jelqing as I find it hard to use the ‘OK’ grip since my penis is shorter than most BPEL= 4.8, PEL=4.2, EG=4.3, it is quite difficult to be able to have a 3 sec stroke with the ok grip as my fingers take up too much space with that style
End workout with 5 Minutes edging session.
I will look to increase my Stretch and Jelqing time by 1 minute and edging time by 2 minutes every 2 weeks for progression.
I hope to get feedback from the veterans regarding this routine. I have carefully structured the routine as well as the progression to minimal increments for prevention of overtraining.
My main questions are:
1) would it be too much if I added a 10 minute bathmate pumping session to the workout as well or should I alternate the pumping (1st workout day include pumping 2nd workout day no pumping) or should I completely not pump at all? As I have said in the beginning, I know I shouldn’t have bought a pump so early on, but now that it already has been purchase I just thought of incorporating it into my workout.
2) Some feedback on my jelqing grip?
3) Is it optimal to measure progress once every 2 months? If possible I would like to go on longer periods before measuring as I would like to avoid feeling discouraged by measuring and seeing no gains after a month
