I believe that if the extender its your main routine there is not so much need for a week off. The best option is instead of a week off, to apply high tension with fulcrum stretching for a week to create some microtears then rest for a few days and then go back to extending.
Certainly doesnt feel to be an EQ issue, due to the erect state being reltively what i would expect in terms of densitiy etc. It is a strange situation, but like i think i previously mentioned, i think it may actually be more to do with lower-hanging ligs than before.
Probably right that a whole week is not necessary but I think im going to play it safe nontheless and take perhaps 5 days off. Best to come back at it 100%, you know? Im with you about the fulcrum stretches, I think when I reach month 3 measurement day, after this is when i’ll begin performing some of these pehaps a replacement of the BM. But I cant help but feel that gentle BM use has it’s place here, despite the unpopular opinion.
