You havent lost size, as others have said its an EQ issue. King and makehergocrazy have given great advise and i agree about throw the BM away.

I believe that if the extender its your main routine there is not so much need for a week off. The best option is instead of a week off, to apply high tension with fulcrum stretching for a week to create some microtears then rest for a few days and then go back to extending.

Certainly doesnt feel to be an EQ issue, due to the erect state being reltively what i would expect in terms of densitiy etc. It is a strange situation, but like i think i previously mentioned, i think it may actually be more to do with lower-hanging ligs than before.

Probably right that a whole week is not necessary but I think im going to play it safe nontheless and take perhaps 5 days off. Best to come back at it 100%, you know? Im with you about the fulcrum stretches, I think when I reach month 3 measurement day, after this is when i’ll begin performing some of these pehaps a replacement of the BM. But I cant help but feel that gentle BM use has it’s place here, despite the unpopular opinion.

I would say I think it can be, its a pretty good dynamic stretch so used consistently should definitely give some lig gains, though i wouldn’t expect a longer shaft or any girth gains from it

Could it possibly be due to temperature at the time you measured?

I usually measure in the morning and noticed when it’s cold I’m slightly smaller. Despite being at full erection levels, the cold air restricts expansion resulting in smaller length. Either way you shouldn’t worry, the slight decrease is almost always temporary.

It’s a good thought, but it wouldn’t be likely seeing as the temperature lately has been 30+ and previously when measuring, even in the 5c range erect length has always been consistent. Temperature only seems to affect flaccid size ^^

Interestingly though, I’m actually usually slightly smaller in the morning than i am in the afternoon/evening, hence my measurements are always taken at 1pm. But yeah, I’m with you in that it’s probably temporary. I did read somewhere that over-extension of a one of the ligs at the side could cause it to retract in defense slightly when erect. To me, I’m not sure how plausible this is but it would co-inside with the potential over-extension caused by the PF

I have to disagree here with you Lightning. Fulcrum stretches target the tunica, it is well known. In fact it depends on where you are placing the fulcrum: if you place it closer to your body you can target the ligs(but the tunica too at the same time) and if you place it a little away from your body you target the tunica.

I believe that fulcrum stretching is one of the BEST ways to enlogate the shaft and the A stretch has a great potential to give girth gains.

I dont think that it can be done as a standalone routine because it reguires some level of conditioning and you can generate very high forces, which is not always what we want. It can be done alternately with a less intense routine like extender or simple stretches.

It sounds like the conditions are varying too much I would recommend you reading this thread “https://www.thundersplace.org/penis-enlargement-basics/how-to-measure-your-penis.v3.html?&highlight=measuring” and knock it down how many times you measure yourself.

We all know that it is very hard not to but you need to be emotionless about it. Measure once every four week and always two days after not doing PE, try to get the best EQ by any means necessary and you will be set.
