I think that was a question. Yes, if you LOT is 8, then stretching or hanging at 8 or above will mainly hit the tunica. 10 or better would assure dedicated stretch to the tunica.

I have no idea. It depends on your physiology, and the amount of stress you are able to apply to the tissues as they become stronger.

No, I recommend concentrating on either ligs, or tunica, so that the stresses are dedicated, and not split. You will reach fatigue faster and create more deformation of the target area. Divide and conquer.

Applying LOT while wet jelqing(I’m at 8:00 and am pulling upwards 100 times and then down 100 times and then up etc..), can that work the tunica enough to have an effect? I’m thinking a good soaking with very warm water first can possibly penetrate and give the jelqing an opportunity to have an effect on the tough tunica. This is what I’ve been doing, but all this talk about how tough the tunica is has me curious. I’ve been of the opinion dry heat may not be as effective as wet heat for penetrating the tunica and everything else involved for that matter?

It can depending on your physiology. Many guys find after a while that they have to provide more stress than from jelqing alone.

Being seperate from the body, the penis does not require much time or a very high temp to change the tissue temperature. I recommend wet heat, a rice sock or even a wet towel. Better for the skin.

i’m new to PE and jelq.. i just started this week .. i’m still confused about LOT and the correct angle when stretching and doing jelqs .. i have read that LOT is not the angle of erection, right? my angle of erection is 10:00 .. how od i measure my LOT? bu pushing my erect penis towards the balls or pressing it towards the belly?

I get almost no tugback at 6 0clock. my tugback is like at 11, or 12… so this means i have ligs to strech, right?

I’m sort of new to the LOT theory myself, but as I understand it, your LOT will be where your tugback first disappears, starting at 12 and moving downward till it does stop tugging back. The higher the LOT the more ligs gain possible.

A very low LOT will rely on the tunica for gains but some ligs gains are also possible.

Well I tried the lot test.
I was really quite excited to find out my number :) .
Unfortunately I noticed absolutely no difference no matter what angle,
so either I have a lot of 12… Hardeharhar
or im a… numpty.. so to speak.

I believe I am a numpty :)
I noticed a flex at the base and the whole cock was tugged back a little bit,
in exactly the same way for each angle.
So I guess i’m going to need baby sitting in order to get this right, sorry guys. It should not take too long though.

I’m assuming you’re doing a kegal at each clock position. When I first tried LOT I didn’t realise to kegal and I was pulling all over the place looking for a pullback of some sort. It sounds like you know to kegal ,and if so, someone that understands it better than I do is going to need to step in and say what it means when you have a tugback at all positions.

A 12:00 LOT would be a first. Try again. Make sure you are completely flaccid. Stretch with mild to moderate tension straight up at 12:00 and kegel. Does your dick pull back at all? It should.

Now do the same thing at 6:00, which is below most guys’ LOTs. Do this for comparison with what you experienced at 12:00. There should be a noticeable difference.

The base will twitch even below your LOT. Ignore that. You’re trying to find where the penis no longer actually retracts.
