Anyway, I’m not sure how you’re getting all the way down to “4:00” (pulling it back between the cheeks?) or up to “2:00” (unless you don’t have a torso blocking you from pulling farther than straight up…), but if I understand you correctly, you still see a tugback when your penis is being pulled straight out, perpendicular to the body, at 9:00. Then when you move down another increment — the penis pointing slightly toward the floor — you lose tugback, at 8:00. If that is correct, then you have a normal LOT. You can probably benefit from lig stretching, according to Bib’s theory, so you might want to try hanging or stretching BTC (between the cheeks). Tunica exercises are also fine, of course. The important thing is that your LOT isn’t so low that you can’t get any lig gains. Congrats!
