Not that I know of. What exactly are you confused on with the L.O.T. theory?

It all depends on if you lose your ‘tug back’ at a low angle or a high angle. I lose my angle at 10 o’ clock. So by this theory, my ligs are able to develop a stretch more. So I am supposed to stretch downwards. I did this for roughly a month and a half ( 50 downward stretches at 5 seconds each stretch ) and it did nothing. My L.O.T. was still at 10 o’ clock and my gains were not contributed to stretching downward.

HOWEVER:

I’m beginning to rethink this theory and give it another try. I will add about 25-30 stretches at 5 seconds each after my normal stretch routine.

Well, we DID have this LOT experiment a little while ago, which turned out to not to support the theory, but the group of lab rats was too unorganized and small to give any real results, in my opinion.

wt 282, I would try stretching straight out as well, if it is not working, change something. Just a thought.

I am going to Staples or Office Max and measuring my lot to the tenth of a degree at room tempeture of 68 degrees. I wonder if it changes based on tempeture , previous cardio exercise, etc….? Has that ever been asked SS?

What happens with a Lot Test done erect? Anything or is it impossible? I know your supposed to do them with no wood. Would that change the numbers?

The experiment was, the theory is still up in the air I suppose. One person’s results followed the theory, and that would be base. Then again, there were a lot of drop outs, and non-gainers.
