Manual stretching vs ADS ???
Hi !
I was wondering if it’s any use doing manual stretching exercises if you also use ADS? I am planning a new routine where I will do ADS during the days and then 30 min Jelq on day1, 3x10 min clamp on day2 and 30 min stretching on day three….
Is the stretching any useful or is it just the same as with ADS?
