So I may or may not have stumbled onto a strategy to grow my penis in a very quick manner. I will caution all the newbies that these exercises are intense, and while the gains have come quickly as a result - I did the newbie routine for 3 months straight religiously before even incorporating an advanced exercise into my routine.

So about 2 weeks ago, I took a little 8 day decon break (was going to do 10 days, but my dick was virtually begging to be yanked on… so I gave in) after having been stuck at a plateau for many weeks towards the end of the newbie routine. At first in my PE career, I gained really quickly, immediate EQ increase, and a cpl mm in length gains. I capped out at 6.6” BPEL and 6.0” NBPEL and couldn’t get past it. Around 10 weeks into newbie routine I started toying around (carefully) with Horse 440’s, Clamping, and I bought a Bathmate Waterpump. I had also noticed a pretty big slip in my EQ from week 4 to week 9/10…as I gained a cpl mm, I believe that weakened my erections as they had to stretch out further. I don’t kegal as it is very hard for me…

I have adjusted my routine to essentially look like the following: 3 days on, 1 day off

Every other day I wake up in the morning and clamp for 15 mins while brushing my teeth and getting ready to hop into the shower. I edge the whole way through - as a means of keeping my dick rock hard and veiny - then I take it off, and masturbate till I cum. And then hop into the shower and go about my day.

On opposite days, I do my routine at the end of my day, about two hours before bed. My routine is as follows:

5 min hot wrap
10 mins of stretching - 2 sets of: Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight Out - 40 second holds
Jump in shower and do a 7-8 minute pumping set at medium to high pressure. Entering the bathmate at about 95-100%
Do 30-50 jelqs just using shampoo as the lube
Then I do another 7-8 minute set at high pressure, entering fully erect again, and this is very tight and strenuous on the tunica and gives an amazing pump. Mildly discomfortable to be completely honest. But I listen to my dick, and if it needs to come off after 5 minutes- SO BE IT!! I aim for 8-10 though for sure, and my dick is pretty conditioned so I can handle it.
Take off the pump and jelq 100 times
Massage and shake my penis to get the blood flowing and then get out of shower and I’m done

In less than 2 weeks, I have measured (2 days in a row) at 6.8” BPEL, 6.3” NBP, and 5.9” MSEG

Therefore I have gained .2” in BPEL, .3” in NBP - this one is very noticable!! LOVE IT!, and a miniscule .1” in EG - hey, I’ll take it!

I will stick to this exact formula for the next 3 months, and will measure once every two weeks going forward. Will keep you all posted and wish everybody the same success I’m having. Because frankly, when the gf notices, thats the best part!! And I think I’m on to something. Stay tuned.

Awesome growth. Keep at it! What do you suspect is the reason for gains? Clamping, pumping, or don’t know?

I really like the clamping/edging part of it. During the 15 min clamping session i squeeze about 1 inch above the clamp, which is at the base of course, and then using a backhand OK grip behind my glans I pull outward (I put some muscle into it - again, safely) - this is a method I picked up from reading here on the forums but I can’t remember where. I’ll find the thread sometime tonight and post a link. The PE’er, now a mod here, is like a clamping/gains legend lol

i usually do some edging before i clamp, letting my dick get soft, then stroking, letting the erection subside, then stroke some more… this in itself I feel gets some stretching in (as when its soft I still jerk and therefore tug on it to some degree)… I than get rock hard, put the clamp on, and continually stroke and what not until 15 mins is done. I then take it off, and edge/masturbate for 5-10 more mins til I cum

no hot wraps or ehating though to answer your question in short.

Don”t mean to ask a stupid question but.. What exactly is edging in this context? I always thought that was going as far as you could without cumming..

i guess it just means stroke off the whole way through… there are times during this process when I could easily cum and stop stroking as to let the moment pass, so technically, it is still edging…

I stick to my original statement haha :D
