About a week ago I measured my girth and I noticed that I lost a 1/8th. After discovering this I noticed that my EQ was slightly not as good as before, but I would of never noticed this if I didn’t measure

compulsively every time I jelq; I just can’t help it, but girth only. I measure length twice a month or so. So I laid off for two days and sure enough it was back, and with a vengeance; so were all good here.

So I lowered the intensity and time a little. Less is really more with PE and a beat up dick really doesn’t grow. I think for newbies and even veterans that when adding a new exercise it would be wise to

measure for PIs for the first few weeks every time you have a PE session. I started horse 440s a few weeks ago, so this is how I over trained if you are curious. The thing is I didn’t get one red spot when I

noticed the girth loss, so even if you are not getting spotting you can still be overdoing it. Just so you know I was devastated when I noticed the loss; that is a horrible feeling.

It’s a horrible thing when you think you’ve done something which caused a loss in either length or girth. I had the same thing happen to me. As far as measuring constantly, I don’t think that it’s necessary to do that. I believe that we are able to notice a loss in either length or girth by sight and feel. You can tell when you have grown as things feel and look different to you. As often as we touch ourselves, we should be able to notice the slightest changes in our anatomy. I would measure when I thought I had a change in my size or at my monthly time to measure.

Thanks for your input, Mr. T - this is another anecdotal evidence that the “don’t give it time to heal or it will not grow” believing is a fallacy.

If weakened structure of the tissues by jelqing is not yet recovered, EQ may drop naturally. In this case, one should hold back even if no negative PI or loss in size is noticed.

Earlier when I jelqed at high erection intensity, I some times noticed drop in my EQ if I did it for 2 or 3 days straight. Then I did it in every alternative day without lowering intensity. It worked and I gradually worked up. Now I can do high intensity jelqing for 7 days a week though it isn’t necessary.

I’m doing this with clamping. I’m only going to clamp and do clamped exercises when I feel like I have a healthy cock, one that gets hard whenever I get a slight bit horny like when I was 13… Ill work up to doing it more often but right now its like every 3 days or so. I’m going to really focus on my PI’s this time around instead of going by how sore my dick felt. (had poor erection quailty for like a year from overtraining but was to stuborn to lay off)

I’ve been hanging very low weights for the past week and I’ve lost .5cm in length :( .

My eq is really good, my dick doesn’t feel soft or anything like that. I really don’t understand where that half cm went to… hopefully I’m not measuring in the same way (though I seriously doubt that).
