measuring girth question

just another girth question…
when it comes to the durex and sizesurvey.com surveys that ask you to measure at your “widest point”, am i right to assume that includes head? Those surveys tend to give information regarding the “widest” area of the penis, and the head is included in that information, despite the fact that the actual MEASUREMENTS are looking for girth as opposed to simply width.

I had some questions regarding HOW to measure the head ( for the explicit purpose of comparison). I suppose it’s best to encircle a string or tape measure around the rim on all sides?

I use a string and circle at the widest point. I also use a sharpie to mark the point where the string crosses and then I measure the string.

Spring for the $.99 tape measure.

General rule of thumb is to measure at the circumcision scar for circ scar measurement.
Measure at the half-way point for a mid-shaft measurement.
At the base for base girth measurement.

Measurement of the head would be a ‘glans’ measurement.

When speaking of the ‘widest’ point, it is generally understood to mean the ‘girthiest’.

Well, ok.

I suppose “widest point of penis” does not discount the glans in its wording.
So I suppose it is safe to assume that durex and sizesurvey allowed those measurements to be included.
