Mental Erection From Reverse Kegel Hold

So I’ve had this weird phenomenon occur these last few days..

I recently discovered I have a tight pelvic floor (probably due to working out as well as a lot of leveling and erect kegels) and so I have begun a routine of figuring out the skill of the reverse kegel. They are not easy for me at all. It is hard making the mind to muscle connection due to how tight iam and the lack of practicing them. Therefore I have experimented with trying them in many different positions.

I found that a deep squatting position called a “malasana” in yoga terms works best for me. I can really dial in on my pelvic floor and feel a good stretch when doing a RK.

The last couple days I noticed when doing a really deep RK stretch my unit starting to fill with blood. The sensation was enjoyable and after enhancing it with a little bit of mental stimulation I could achieve a partial erection while in this position without touching it.i thought it was the coolest thing ever.

I plan to keep practicing this and I want to be able to achieve a rock hard erection while in this position. It made me feel like some sort of mantra/yogi god. Kind of joking but for real, I realized if I can achieve a rock hard erection and hold it while in this position that would be very impressive and also sexy to me. Make me feel like a stud.

Anyone else tried something similar? Reminds me of when Ganeish10 would talk about being rock hard during his yoga sessions.

I had also over tensed my PF at some point and I was doing Rks being in a baby pose and yes the flaccid from small and tight due to over tensed PF was getting huge and semi erected while in this position and deep breathing sending the air to the PF in order to stretch it and relax it.
When you have a tensed PF it restricts the blood of entering the dick. When you are doing Rks you are creating the space needed for the blood to enter the dick.

The PF can be tensed with many ways:
1) From mental anxiety and/or grief
2) From over kegeling
3) From high intensity of manual stretching especially in the UP direction.

Even by doing simple mindfull meditation you will realize that the calmness that is creating in all of the body is making the dick huge because of this PF relaxation.

When I first started PE I did a lot of kegels and my PC muscle got over worked. It started to clench a lot. When I discovered the reverse kegel on these forums I gave it a shot and I got or get a lot out of it. After my routine I started to reverse kegeling and I started to notice that it got really engorged. It made my edging sessions very enjoyable. Also, I don’t know if it’s just me, but urinating feels really good now if I don’t squeeze after and just let it hang for about 15 secs. I love the relaxed feeling.

Makehergocrazy we all are mantra/yogi gods. Hard part is to be aware of it. When doing malasana pose, you’ve just let yourself perceive this. Congrats, the path is steep and deceiving. Keep up

Thank you for sharing this. A few people have been discussing this lately and it makes sense. I am not big into yoga but have practiced a bit over the years. This is one of 3 poses I have decided to do lately. I have been doing them because they feel good for the nether regions but I will now focus on the pelvic floor and reverse kegel when I perform them.

I think I have done enough kegel holds while pissing. I also do reverse kegels, however, I want to gain more balance and spend more of the time reverse kegeling. Never know when I might have to put out a small fire 🔥 by 💦 pissing on it.

I can imagine that a good stretch of the pelvic floor will allow a better range of motion and stronger contractions….

Sorry for the long reply, I’ve been away from PE for awhile. I’ve just started again about a week ago and came back to the forums to find some reply’s. I’m hoping I can achieve this sensation again. It was more of a “let go and push” kind of feeling. When I did it, it seemed to get larger. I think I’m gonna fit it into my routine now and see.
