Morning Wood And Erection Positions

I wonder if there is a correlation between the fact that the hardest position for me to achieve and maintain an erection is lying down (never a good erection in this position at all by the way) and my morning wood quality or lack of I should say.

It would make sense (unless completely mental) that if I have trouble achieving erections laying down I should also have trouble with night and morning wood.

Now this sucks. The importance that night wood has on my penis health and performance is huge.

What do you guys think?
