Morning Wood/Night Erections: Positive Changes

This thread is in regards to a change of morning wood (MW) or night erections (NE’s) over time. I want to really dial in on the effects of PE on night erections.

So, we all know everyone differs when it comes to quality, consistency and longevity of night erections. What I really want to know is who has noticed a serious increase night erection performance after doing PE? Even better would be, who went from rarely having MW/NE’s, to having them often.

I want to know how much of an impact PE can have on this phenomenon. I believe MW and NE’s are a serious sign of a healthy unit, and I believe some of the best gainers have a healthy NE routine. I believe NE’s help with our gains on a large scale.

So please, comment if you can, and/or if you know another member that has documented these changes themselves.

I’ve come to notice that most serious gainers on this forum have a healthy NE level. I believe this should be an important avenue to research and to work on bettering. For size, and for performance.

Should I break this down and make it much more simpler?

Who has noticed changes in their morning wood quality due to PE? Positive or negative.
Or who has noticed no change?

And for extra credit, explain your level of morning wood and your gains. So we can compare potentially if good night erection quality attributes to better gains.

It would be nice to get a lot of answer so we could gather a consensus of the results.

I have noticed a dramatic difference in morning wood since starting PE almost 5 years ago. I was 56 at the time I started and rarely got morning wood. Maybe a few times a year.

I’m now 61 and I get morning wood to some degree just about every day. Some days the erection stays for five minutes or even longer and it’s super, super hard. Pretty incredible at my age, I think.

My EQ in general has drastically improved since doing PE. It’s actually still improving. And improving my EQ was why I started PE in the first place.

I make primarily stretching routine and it doesn’t improve my erections at night or morning much. On the contrary - I experience weaker erections after PE, as penis really hangs really much and it is like harder to fully fill it with blood without good excitement.

But after physical exercises - yes, they become more regular and stronger.

Also would add, that primarily after hard sex for 2-4 hours - mw/ne always heckkk strong. While after “bad” or fast sex, for 15-25 min max, no improvements at all.


1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

3rd) ThundersPlace's expertise help - 18.4 cm length (7.24 inch), 13 cm girth (5.12 inch) 4th) Routine's re-shape ----------------- 18.6 cm length (7.32 inch), 13.1 cm girth (5.16 inch)

There we go now we’re making progress. Reason why I want to do this is because I truly believe good NE’s provide good results specifically for girth. Keeps your unit in an expanded state for a longer overall period of time, as well as provide nutrients throughout the night that is needed to aid in growth and recovery. Just like how a cold shower after a workout can help with gains due to the movement of blood you create in your body creating a more anabolic environment.

I have good EQ for the most part. But my NE’s seem to be sub par. Whenever I wake up in the middle of the night or sometimes in the morning they are normally about 50% erect. I rarely ever wake up to a complete hard on. And I also don’t wake up every night to these either. So I’m working hard to change this. Mind you, I’m a very healthy and active guy that eats very clean.

But I have recently changed to a vegetarian diet, which I strongly believe will help me with this goal of achieving higher quality NE’s.

By the way, throughout my days of research I have noted that almost all the good gainers have really good NE’s. This is a big motivation behind all of this.

Still trying to find the correct routine to increase my morning and night wood. I don’t like that I seem to not have the best performance in this area. I wake up with partial erections but never a full on hard boner. And I believe these really help cement gains let alone help with EQ.

I’m healthy, active, superb diet, I should have good morning wood. I will find the answer sooner or later!

What is the definition of morningwood?

I never wake up with really hard erection at night or morning. But I would say that when I wake up my dick always are semi erect or at least chubby compare to normal flaccid

And when I wake up at night or in the morning I just need some very gentle touch to get hard or really hard.

In short, it’s a big different compare to day or evening.

This makes sense to me and I’ve been enjoying really good night time erections and big fat morning ones. I’m not doing any PE right now except for my shockwave machine and supplements. I’m focusing on getting great eq. It is still early in my experiments but I correlate raw onion at dinner time to NEs and morning wood. Also the day I do shockwave, I have good NEs. Obviously, if i take a cialis, it’s always good.

I’m experimenting with Taurine and NAC before bedtime to activate the hydrogen sulfide pathways. This looks promising but still very early.

Up until a few years ago, morning wood was not common and NEs were only when I took a PDE-5 inhibitor or one of the chinese herbs like Ginseng or cistanches. Now that I’m older, ginseng and such doesn’t have much of an effect. But I’m telling you, raw onion does it for me, I think because of hydrogen sulfide but not too sure why yet.

There are other things I found, but that’s it for now.

I realised a change in morning wood with starting a vegan diet.. Its insane feeling like 12 again having boners all day and night. The more clean my diet is the better my erections get. PE does change it as well but the vegan diet is a game changer for me and I’m only 20 lol so look what you guys are eating and stop the fast food!
