Hey just know that I have read enough inspirational stories( I can’t remember any names though) to know that this shit works. I am so glad I stumbled upon this site about 8-9 months ago. I read a post when I was new here with a warning about doing PE(search warning of PE you might find it I couldn’t) stating that make sure you want a big dick in case you get to big so that your girlfriend can’t handle your gi-huge-ic wang. That did it for me. Bought a bib and started my long PE journey.

Total thread hijack, sorry. But yeah, now when I look back at it what I did was pretty reckless. I just rushed into PE and put amazing amounts of strain on my penis in every direction/way I could come up with trying to do many different excercises that I shouldn’t have and playing around with my own personal variations. I don’t recommend anyone to do what I did, personally I’m very lucky I didn’t have a severe injury. I’ve never really had a routine I just add more excercises in and drop some here and there in a long twisted combination of off days, soft days, hard days and multi-day breaks. The key to PE is DISCOVER your penis and once you know him very well LISTEN to him. He (your penis) knows more about his inner workings than you or this forum ever will.
