Ive taken an unplanned deacon break this summer, basically my girlfriend smothered me this summer and I didn’t have time/privacy to PE. Well that is changed, I’ve been back for 1 week and to my astonishment I have not lost any length! I haven’t measured girth yet, but when I stopped I was 7.75x5.5. I subjectively feel like I lost some girth, but even if I did, I’m very happy I’ve kept my length.

Well, time to get at it. Ain’t nothing to it, but to do it!


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

I too have been neglecting my PE as of late. I don’t appear to have lost any girth/length, but I shall restart immediately!


16/05/2011 - Initial size - 6.3" - 6.8" (BPEL); 5.7" GIRTH. /:/ 13/06/2011 - 6.5" - 7" (BPEL); 5.8" GIRTH. /:/ 27/06/2011 - 6.7" - 7.3" (BPEL); 5.9" GIRTH.

Around 6.75 (my eq had suffered), but I quickly got that back to 7 in length, but when I was a teenager, around 18-19 I had measured 7.25 with no PE, girth was always 5 before PE.

Jelqing and stretching got me to 7.25x5.2, hanging got me to about 7.5x5.2 and pumping, clamping and erect fowfers (I get a lig pop and great stretch that feels good on the lig) got me to 7.75x5.5.

I don’t think there is any magic routine, tenacity and a plan are what will get you there.

Current Goal:--->7.6" BPEL X 5.8" MSEG Do or do not, there is no "try".

Wow those are great gains! My gains so far are relatively modest, but noticeable to me and real.

Most people think the gains are from the swelling caused by jelqing but once you’ve cemented there’s no shrink back, good gains for all
